Named 2025 award winner for excellence in English-language disclosures

· Selected by Korea Exchange as a 2025 award winner for excellence in English-language disclosures in the KOSPI market
LIG Nex1 (CEO: Shin Ick-hyun) announced that the company was chosen as a winner in the category of English-language disclosure at the 2025 securities market excellent disclosure company awards ceremony held on March 5. The award for excellence in English-language disclosure is given by Korea Exchange to outstanding companies that have improved transparency in the capital market and gained the trust of global investors by providing rapid and accurate disclosure information in English. The winners are offered substantial benefits, including deferral of designation as a non-compliant company, exemption from annual training requirements, and waiver of the listing fee for the following five years.
LIG Nex1 received the award for proactively adopting English-language disclosures in 2021 before they became mandatory and for providing swift and accurate information to reduce asymmetry between domestic and foreign investors and improve accessibility for global investors. Notably, the company’s competence in disclosure has been recognized once again following its selection in the 2022 excellent companies in corporate governance report disclosure and the 2024 securities market excellent disclosure companies.
